Anxiety and Stress Support
After experiencing marked anxiety in my childhood and young adult life, I understand how debilitating it is to feel hyper-vigilant and stressed. Yoga totally transformed my life not just on the mat but through the rich teachings and philosophy of yoga. I have supported many people through times of stress and chronic anxiety disorders through the processing of fundamental causes and via resetting the nervous system. There’s a process that suits each individual as we are all unique.
The cause of anxiety is multi-faceted but through counselling and guidance there is a way through. I look at anxiety as a messenger that tells me something is wrong. Once I came to this realisation in my youth, I was actually able to lean into it and make discoveries that benefited my life. Consistency in practice, breathwork and building a foundation of tolerance and positive stress responses is the key to living stress free—as much as possible anyway.
